|How many training sessions can I purchase?Training sessions are offered in 8 hour packages. 8 hours is the minimum purchase and you may purchase multiple packages of 8 hours as often as you like. NOTE: Because we have an extremely high demand for training hours, a single client may only redeem up to 20 hours of training hours in a single month.
||How long is each training session? Training sessions are scheduled as 30 minute sessions. You are provided up to 5 hours of training sessions each week (10 sessions). Due to the high demand for training sessions, clients are provided up to 20 total training hours per month.
|Do my training hours ever expire?Nope! You can use your training hours whenever you like. Training sessions are done in 30 minute periods and you can schedule up to forty 30 minute sessions each month – that’s 20 hours worth of awesome help and assistance!
||In addition to training me, what else can I get?Beyond training, we can assist with putting together a marketing plan for you, helping you set up your social media pages, as well as showing you how to create an email newsletter campaign. Managing a directory takes just a few hours per week, so the after you become a pro at managing your site, it’s time to market it!
|How do I communicate with my Trainer?Your dedicated trainer will be available during normal business hours which is 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday Central time. All Trainers will be working with multiple partners, but if you call or email in and your Trainer is on another call, you will be called back soon once the current call is complete.
||Does this include any development for my site? Trainers can help with some development tasks such as changing words, colors, placing widgets, updating sidebars, updating subscription plans, setting up advertising banners, and more. More complicated tasks that require labor from senior developers would be quoted separately.
|Can I upgrade or downgrade my Training Plan? Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you have started a contract for one plan but then would like to upgrade to another plan, then the amount you have paid for the lower plan can be applied to the upgraded plan. The same is true for downgrades.
||Are phone calls & emails deducted from my training hours? Yes, all time spent by your trainer working with you or your staff, or working on your behalf, would be deducted from the contracted time. Your monthly payment is essentially a retainer and how you choose to use that time is up to you.
|Are refunds available if I am not satisfied with the results? There are no refunds available for training time, however you may cancel at any time and there is no obligation to continue. If your trainer has taught you everything you wanted to know in order to manage your tasks on your own, then that’s great and you are free to cancel the training service at any time.
||Can I change Trainer if I am not happy? Yes, you may change trainers at any time. Please note that there may be time required for the trainer you were working with previously to inform your new trainer about the status of your project. This time will be deducted from the current month’s hours at the rate of the highest level director involved in the exchange of information.
|Can I work with multiple Trainers at the same time? Yes, you may have as many directors work on your project simultaneously as you wish. Their hours will be accounted for separately which may require the purchase of additional training hours. You can even purchase Junior and Senior training plans separately depending on the level of work you’d like each Trainer to provide for you.
||Can my Trainer work with multiple members of my team? We’ve learned that assigning one person from your team to communicate with your Trainer provides the best results. This member can communicate the results of the training sessions to the rest of your team and implement any suggestions imparted by the trainer, including coordinating tasks with other members of your team.
